The Tanzanite gemstone is found in only one place in the world - Tanzania.  PAK Designs travels to the East African landscape of Tanzania, to mine Tanzanite.  The Tanzanite gemstone is blue in color with and added hue of purple, making it one of the most unusual and beautiful gemstones in the world.

Tanzanite exists roughly as deep blue crystals, and when cut, it becomes a brilliant masterpiece of gemstones.  The Tanzanite gemstone's color ranges from ultramarine blue to light violet-blue, though the most desired stone is one that is blue in color, surrounded by an "aura" of purple.
